Commencement

The Integrative Biology and Physiology departmental commencement ceremony is on Saturday, June 14, at 9:00 a.m. in the Court of Sciences (courtyard between Young and Boelter Halls). We kindly ask that all students and faculty arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. dressed in your graduation regalia (cap and gown). Refreshments will be served, and seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Recommendations for graduates: What you need to do: Commencement Program:
  1. Opening Remarks and Introduction of the Faculty
  2. Presentation and Hooding of Ph.D. Degree Candidates
  3. Presentation and Hooding of M.S. Degree Candidates
  4. Presentation of Outstanding Senior Award and Research Presentation Award
  5. Introduction of Physiological Sciences B.S. Degree Candidates
You will walk up the stairs and onto the stage with your “Name Card” in hand. You will give your card to Professor Stephanie Correa, who will announce your name. You will proceed across the stage to the Chair of the Department, Professor Rachelle Crosbie, with whom you will be photographed then you will return to your ORIGINAL seat. 6. Closing Remarks You will be able to download the graduation program on the IBP website.
