Congratulations to Professor Gina Poe for receiving a grant from the Albert and Elaine Borchard Foundation to organize and direct an international colloquium at the Chateau de la Bretesche in Missillac, France on July 14-17, 2019. Participants will join from 11 different US, European, and Japanese institutions for a summit meeting on the function of the locus coeruleus – a tiny but mighty brainstem structure enjoying exponentially increased interest among neuroscientists.
