Professor V. Reggie Edgerton, PhD, UCLA distinguished professor in the Department of Integrated Biology and Physiology, will receive the J. Allyn Taylor International Prize in Medicine at the Western’s Leaders in Innovation Dinner on November 19th, 2012. Edgerton\u201a\u00c4\u00f4s research pioneered the rehabilitation strategy of treadmill training after a spinal cord injury, and the added benefits of epidural electrical stimulation.<\/p>\n
